If love was a song, I would want to be the verse. I would want Christ to be my chorus, and my family to be the bridge.
Why? Because the verse is the story, and I want a story all my own with Christ. The chorus is the repeated stanza that brings everything together, and the bridge acts as an additional support.
The closest we can come to seeing Christ love in our lives here on earth is from our parents, and our spouse (when we have one). So maybe when we get married it becomes a duet, and both familes take part in the bridge.
